Huntingdon County Child & Adult Development Corporation is a private non-profit corporation serving Huntingdon County since 1973, with offices located at 52 Juniata Ave., Huntingdon, Pennsylvania

The mission of the corporation is:  To provide human services and educational services for all children and adults, including but not limited to, those who have a need for day programming and supportive therapeutic services.

Head Start provides comprehensive education, social services and health services to children birth to three years old and pre-natal families in a home based Early Head Start Program.  The same services are provided for three to five year olds in the Pre-School Head Start Program.

Project Reach provides education programming for adults with academic skills between the 5th and 9th grade levels.  Also GED prep programming for Head Start parents.

Family Literacy a center based family literacy program serving families with children birth through 8 years old, known as Family Express.

Parent Child Home Program (PCHP) is an innovative, home-based literacy program serving families with two to three year old children.

First Choice Child Care Centers and Kool Skool provide child care services for children from six weeks to thirteen years of age.

CCIS of Huntingdon County administers the State's child care subsidy program and provides child care resource and referral services for Huntingdon County.

Food Service  provides meals for all of the children's programming throughout the corporation.
